I didn't realize the Eldorado, NM Artists' Studio Tour is the largest in the state. I was lucky to live almost across the street in Lamy and have great girlfriends go on the tour with me. Fell in love with this spirit stick (first picture). My Two Cynthias also did, so much so that when the artist told us where she procured her branches, we said, "Road Trip"! Off to Cochiti climbing piles of driftwood, picking our favorites and helping each other climb the very large pile and pull them out and in the truck. Perfect day. When my son flew in to drive me from Lamy to Tulsa, he said of course when I asked him if he could fit the branches in the little U-Haul. Now after living in my new back yard, this one is finally in the house becoming a decorated Spirit Stick (second picture). I love my Spirit Stick will have My Two Cynthias' and my son's spirit.
