I didn't realize Arnold shops at my Walmart and when he offered to drive I couldn't say no. 
But let's get real, neither of us looks good in our new camouflage outfits.  Well, I look better
than Arnold.  Black Friday, who can resist?  They sell Arnold's book about his girlfriends and
mistresses, but nowhere could I find The Adventures of Octopus and Octopie.  Oh, wait, it's an ebook on Amazon.com/books.  No excuse.  Still Arnold and I had fun and our pumpkin frappuccinos at The Mansion were delicious.  You didn't think Arnold took me to a lowly Starbucks did you?

Went to Art Mart at the Bath House last night.  Lots wonderful artists and their art.  So hard to choose a treasure.  Is this gourd great?  I asked Cathy and Linda and they said they can do nearly 2 small ones in a day.  Hard to believe.  Beautiful with or without the light it sits on.  I know I will smile every time I walk by it.  They have more and here's their website:  http://www.legourdonblue.com/   My gourd's name is Angles of Lite.  Probably going back today to buy another for my gift closet.

The blog tells the delightful story of how Octopus and Octopie begot.  (Is begot a word?  Don't know but it sounds good.)  Trying to write often, but the days get away from me.

Although a lot of our favorite stores, Target, Penneys, Kohls and WalMart will be open Thanksgiving day, the girls and I are quite stylish without being obsessed with shopping.  If needed we will shop each other's closets.  We fashion our own fashions and we are FABULOUS.  I'm the one in the great hat.

I think we will stay home this Thanksgiving.
